Delivery went great once car was picked up. Tried to get this done around Independence Day. US CARGO freight had a hard time finding a transport heading to Louisiana but once they did, it was wham-bam-done! You have to understand that the dates given are estimates. Allow a big enough window and you'll be very pleased with this company. My rep, RON was very communicative at every stage of the move. The driver was friendly and courteous. Easy process. You pay a small hold fee up front. You don't get charged until they secure a transport. Pay the balance to the driver upon delivery. Cash or cashiers check works best for the driver. Easy peasy! I recommend US Car-Go Freight to anybody needing to relocate or transfer any vehicle. Jason was above and beyond helpful in my situation. I needed to move two vehicles at the last moment after the people I had originally planned to help me move had to back out suddenly Jason was there to assist me promptly and without any hesitation. My move encountered several hiccups along the way and the driver was extremely patient and more than understanding which was so appreciated as my emotions were already over the limit. When I decided to transport my car, my two main concerns were: I wanted a service that could pick up and drop off my car close to my home. Many had mentioned that while companies often promise this, they frequently fail to deliver, causing inconvenience. I was also wary about the final pricing. It's common to agree on a price only to be charged additional miscellaneous fees at delivery. However, with US Car-Go Freight, I avoided both these issues, and their service was outstanding. They picked up and delivered my car very close to my home at both locations. Additionally, their tracking system was excellent. I could contact the driver directly to find out where my car was, which greatly helped me anticipate its arrival. If you are just trying to move your car privately and have never had your car moved before this is probably scary. You probably have 60 texts and 30 phone calls telling you one company is shady or whatever. I was in a huge panic because this was happening to me Online reviews aren’t very dependable because for every good one there’s a bad one. I will say that I just had to go with my gut with this company. The price increased initially because they tell you an estimate and then the driver ultimately decides on the price I checked with someone locally to see if the price was fair and indeed it was this company picked up my car and delivered it two business days. We had to coordinate with mechanics and closed businesses for the weekends, but it was done quickly efficiently and for a very fair price, I would absolutely recommend using this company. ~ Lisa M

After a frustrating runaround with another shipping company, I reached out to US Cargo, they immediately gave me full attention and took my details and planned my car moving process. I was moving halfway across the country and didn’t want to drive by myself because of its age, so that left very few options. US cargo’s appointed driver picked our car in less than 48 hours (though we had no time pressure) and it was delivered in less than a week. I was probably the most skeptical person ever doing this process for the first time. Anxiety was through the roof. But my broker Brook was so patient with me, answered all of my questions and booked me with a last minute transport just yesterday morning. It was picked up a few hours later and headed my way. My truck traveled from Michigan to Texas and I received it a few minutes ago. (A day sooner than I was told) My driver from K44 Tansportation was so sweet and understanding of my panic attacks lol. I highly recommend this company and if I ever transport a vehicle again you will be my first call. Hello, It's rare that I write reviews but I am super happy with the service from US Cargo. It's the first time we ever shipped a car and I tried another company for about a week and nothing was going on and they were raising their rates. I signed up with US Cargo on a Friday afternoon and our car was picked up on Monday evening. FAST service!! The driver was very nice and polite and got the car from northern WI to my granddaughter in Boston within 48 hours. Wow! (That sure made the 17yo happy.) I had a superb experience with US CAR-GO. The customer service rep I talked to was very helpful and answered all of my questions, my car was picked up and dropped off on the estimated dates and both the pick-up driver and drop off drivers were nice and easy to work with. Also, the car arrived in perfect shape, no issues. I also appreciated that I was able to pack a suitcase in the car before it shipped. I shipped my car from Salem, OR to Cedar City, UT and it cost a little over $1100. I would definitely recommend, very easy to work with Nora! My car recently broke down in Folsom, CA. After figuring it out, it was not drivable to my home, I reached out Uscargo to make arrangements to have the car transported to Fort Wayne, Indiana . They gave a quote that I found it very reasonable. They in turn contacted a very professional driver, who was quick in replying to my messages whenever I had a question for him. Prompt, on schedule pickup and timely delivery with no issue at all. This was on a Saturday afternoon and by early Wednesday evening my car was back home. Communication was an 8/10 due to language barriers, whether via text, email, or call you reached someone who was doing their best yet some of the communication was a little confusing/misworded. However, the actual service they provided of scheduling a reputable driver was wonderful. I requested a driver at 1:30pm and by 3pm my vehicle was being loaded for transport by the rockstar named Joel with Paul's Auto Repair. My vehicle made the 10 hour trek overnight and by noon the next day was unloaded and parked for me. Joel was polite, professional, and communicative. Pricing was the best I found amongst 10+ quotes that were sent to me. Other companies were pushy, even unprofessional, and slow to respond to requests. This was also the only company willing to send over an actual cost worksheet and contract when requesting quotes. Price was very reasonable and was in the middle of the various quotes we received. Trucker assigned was nice and incredibly professional and car arrived in California in the same condition it was shipped. You need to be very flexible around the pickup date/time and delivery date/time. In our case both got pushed back a bit and communication could be improved. Still 5-Stars given the reasonable cost. It is easy to understand why they might need to be a bit fluid with the schedule so they can be efficient and maximize opportunities as the truck goes coast to coast or deals with unexpected traffic, detours, weather, etc. ~ Kostyantyn B

I had an excellent experience shipping with US CAR-GO FREIGHT and had a great experience with my broker Mr. Adam Tran His communication was excellent and the actual shipper was excellent as well. They stuck to their timeline and the car arrived without issue. If you're shipping a car, do your research and understand the process. I have shipped many cars, things CAN and may happen; traffic, truck issues and weather are all contributing factors. I learned my lesson. I went with another company because they were a little cheaper but cheaper isn't always best. I reached out to Us Cargo after 2 cancelations from the first company I went with. I reached out to them immediately after the 2nd cancelations and they had a driver available to pick up my car within 3 hours of my initial call. Although it was a little bit more money, it was worth it being hassle free. My son received his car with 3 days of the pick up. I purchased a insurance damaged vehicle in another state and all the transport companies tried to bait and switch on the cost to ship. US Car-Go Freight made the transport easy. They notified me when they picked up my vehicle and when they dropped it off. The vehicle wasnt running and had to be shipped back to Va from NC. When the service was complete in Va, US Car-Go dispatched a driver to pick it back up and return it to NC. The driver contacted me when he got there and called me when he was 30 minutes from drop off. I will use them again. Excellent customer service. ~ Bruce C

Should have went through US car-go first.. If you're considering roadrunner just save yourself the stress and time and go with US car-go.. They were patient with us they answered our phone calls where the "other guys" refused or put us on hold and never picked back up.. If we ever need auto transport services in the future US car-go will be our first call and the guy picked my car up today and he was reliable on time called ahead of time and was very professional and caring with my truck.. thank y'all so much y'all have been such a relief for this cross country move.
