I recently moved from Michigan to Florida for work and didn’t want to drive such a long distance, so I decided to ship my vehicle instead. After being contacted by many companies, I chose US Cargo Freight—and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. They showed up on time and delivered my vehicle exactly as promised. The driver was extremely professional and took great care of my car. An added bonus is that they are fully insured, which gave me extra peace of mind. Their service was truly top-notch, and I honestly believe they are one of the best in the industry. Delivery went great once car was picked up. Tried to get this done around Independence Day. US CARGO freight had a hard time finding a transport heading to Louisiana but once they did, it was wham-bam-done! You have to understand that the dates given are estimates. Allow a big enough window and you'll be very pleased with this company. My rep, RON was very communicative at every stage of the move. The driver was friendly and courteous. Easy process. You pay a small hold fee up front. You don't get charged until they secure a transport. Pay the balance to the driver upon delivery. Cash or cashiers check works best for the driver. Easy peasy! I had a very good experience shipping my brand-new Ford Bronco from Texas to North Carolina. The vehicle was picked up on time, and the best part was that it arrived one day earlier than expected. Jackson assisted me throughout the entire shipment and kept me consistently updated on the status. Their rates are very competitive compared to others in the market, which was a big plus. What I liked most about US Cargo Freight is that they provide insurance coverage up to $250,000 during transit, so you don’t have to worry about the safety of your vehicle. I was probably the most skeptical person ever doing this process for the first time. Anxiety was through the roof. But my broker Brook was so patient with me, answered all of my questions and booked me with a last minute transport just yesterday morning. It was picked up a few hours later and headed my way. My truck traveled from Michigan to Texas and I received it a few minutes ago. (A day sooner than I was told) My driver from K44 Tansportation was so sweet and understanding of my panic attacks lol. I highly recommend this company and if I ever transport a vehicle again you will be my first call. If you are just trying to move your car privately and have never had your car moved before this is probably scary. You probably have 60 texts and 30 phone calls telling you one company is shady or whatever. I was in a huge panic because this was happening to me Online reviews aren’t very dependable because for every good one there’s a bad one. I will say that I just had to go with my gut with this company. The price increased initially because they tell you an estimate and then the driver ultimately decides on the price I checked with someone locally to see if the price was fair and indeed it was this company picked up my car and delivered it two business days. We had to coordinate with mechanics and closed businesses for the weekends, but it was done quickly efficiently and for a very fair price, I would absolutely recommend using this company. ~ Lisa M

Communication was an 8/10 due to language barriers, whether via text, email, or call you reached someone who was doing their best yet some of the communication was a little confusing/misworded. However, the actual service they provided of scheduling a reputable driver was wonderful. I requested a driver at 1:30pm and by 3pm my vehicle was being loaded for transport by the rockstar named Joel with Paul's Auto Repair. My vehicle made the 10 hour trek overnight and by noon the next day was unloaded and parked for me. Joel was polite, professional, and communicative. Pricing was the best I found amongst 10+ quotes that were sent to me. Other companies were pushy, even unprofessional, and slow to respond to requests. This was also the only company willing to send over an actual cost worksheet and contract when requesting quotes. I will recommend and use US Car-Go Freight for any future needs, without a doubt. ~ Michaela G

Hello, It's rare that I write reviews but I am super happy with the service from US Cargo. It's the first time we ever shipped a car and I tried another company for about a week and nothing was going on and they were raising their rates. I signed up with US Cargo on a Friday afternoon and our car was picked up on Monday evening. FAST service!! The driver was very nice and polite and got the car from northern WI to my granddaughter in Boston within 48 hours. Wow! (That sure made the 17yo happy.) I had a superb experience with US CAR-GO. The customer service rep I talked to was very helpful and answered all of my questions, my car was picked up and dropped off on the estimated dates and both the pick-up driver and drop off drivers were nice and easy to work with. Also, the car arrived in perfect shape, no issues. I also appreciated that I was able to pack a suitcase in the car before it shipped. I shipped my car from Salem, OR to Cedar City, UT and it cost a little over $1100. I would definitely recommend, very easy to work with Nora! Price was very reasonable and was in the middle of the various quotes we received. Trucker assigned was nice and incredibly professional and car arrived in California in the same condition it was shipped. You need to be very flexible around the pickup date/time and delivery date/time. In our case both got pushed back a bit and communication could be improved. Still 5-Stars given the reasonable cost. It is easy to understand why they might need to be a bit fluid with the schedule so they can be efficient and maximize opportunities as the truck goes coast to coast or deals with unexpected traffic, detours, weather, etc. ~ Kostyantyn B

I had an excellent experience shipping with US CAR-GO FREIGHT and had a great experience with my broker Mr. Adam Tran His communication was excellent and the actual shipper was excellent as well. They stuck to their timeline and the car arrived without issue. If you're shipping a car, do your research and understand the process. I have shipped many cars, things CAN and may happen; traffic, truck issues and weather are all contributing factors. I shipped my auto on a truck cross county for the first time in my life from Virginia to Nevada.. After checking Better Business Bureau and online reviews, I decided to use US cargo freight. Should have went through US car-go first.. If you're considering roadrunner just save yourself the stress and time and go with US car-go.. They were patient with us they answered our phone calls where the "other guys" refused or put us on hold and never picked back up.. I purchased a insurance damaged vehicle in another state and all the transport companies tried to bait and switch on the cost to ship. US Car-Go Freight made the transport easy. They notified me when they picked up my vehicle and when they dropped it off. The vehicle wasnt running and had to be shipped back to Va from NC. When the service was complete in Va, US Car-Go dispatched a driver to pick it back up and return it to NC. The driver contacted me when he got there and called me when he was 30 minutes from drop off. I will use them again. Excellent customer service. ~ Bruce C
